One cost that you need to consider when developing a new phone app is to hire a knowledge graphic designer to put your ideas unto vision, and if you are on allow budget where by your friends/family are helping you, you may need to pay for training or a course to broaden their skills. Another cost that you need to consider when developing a phone app is equipment so that you can fully make your app and to the best of their ability.


2. Identify one act of legislation that is applicable to the creation of a new national newspaper and explain what impact it has (3 marks)

One act of legislation that is applicable to the creation of a new national newspaper is the deformation act as if you say untrue or offensive things about an individual or a company in your newspaper it can negatively effect them and their reputation, making a massive scene and even be taken to court.

3. Explain why you were required to sign this form for intellectual property rights of work (3 marks)

I would sign this form for intellectual property rights because any work that you make is protected so that no one can copy, however if you do this within a company then this applies to it being allowed by the company. For example, the company can allow your work to be copied if they wish, this is why the form was signed so that the individual doesn't get angry.


4. Identify one type of revenue stream that you could consider to make a website profitable and explain why this might be an effective method.

One type of revenue stream is crowdfunding, this makes the website more profitable as it allows for the budget to be widened equalling in a larger budget overall. This will make the website more profitable as a larger budget allows for a more intricate website


5. Identify two ethical issues that you would need to consider before your team develops ideas for a documentary on refugees. Explain how these will impact on the project.

Another ethical issue that you would need to consider us the target audience and therefore what content is appropriate. You need to think about he visual graphics shown, as well as the language being used, as because it's a documentary about refugees, it could be educational and hence shown in schools and therefore you need to make sure it's appropriate, as well as presenting the refugees correctly. This means no graphic or extremely disturbing scenes and also no bad language, or any contents which will present refugees badly or incorrectly. This will impact the project as they would have to write their script accordingly and organise time to research refugees thoroughly before starting their filming.


6. Identify one regulatory body which could provide guidance with regard to creating a new advert for a children's charity. Explain your choice. 

One regulatory body which could provide guidance with regard to creating an advertising for a children's charity is the ASA, who will make sure the advert is appropriate and not offensive to the target audience.
