What logistical issues might arise on a massive production like Star Wars: Force Awakens?

Daily planner/call sheet
- ensures everyone on set knows what the goals for the day are, where they're based, when they're required to be there and what each individual's role is

Logistics: Forms
- used to gain permission for a variety of resources
- besides the one listed below, there may also be a clearances form
- they are known as release form as the individual releases their claim over their likeness, property or ideas by signing.

Individual release form (for individuals working on a project, to sign over the rights to their work and/or intellectual property. Often in an employment contract)

Consent Form (for all people who appear in production - be they actors employed for the project or members of the public who are perhaps in the background, but with a visible face or audible voice. Note - under 18s require permission from a guardian)

Location Form ( for all locations used in the film a form must be completed to not only grant access but also appear on camera. Some buildings are subject to copyright law, which makes this form even more important)

  1. Good work Mayan - lots of important notes here.

Don't forget those 4 key words when discussing project management - tasks, deadlines, milestones and contingencies.
